On Friday, March 18th a group of high school students from the Ziridis school chose to practice volunteering with ESPI. With great gusto they rolled up their sleeves, put on their galoshes and undertook to help us in cleaning, and taking care of our animals.
Collectively they chose to “adopt” two of our horses, Angel and Phoebus in an effort to support the orgranization with its expenses. Their willingness to help and offer love and affection to these highly intelligent and weary friends was truly impressive.
‘LAVE you’ was also with us in support and we thank them from our hearts!
We are grateful to the students, their escorts, our volunteers and friends who helped us spend a wonderful and constructive day together! We hope to see you again very soon!
